                                                    SOCIAL AWARENESS ABOUT SAFETY                    Today 29.03.2019, we attended a social awareness camp on fire safety and rescue from fire.  The officer gave some basic information about safety recover from the incident.

SOCIAL AWARENESS ON VOTING On 26.03.2019 (Tuesday), we attended a social awareness program on the importance of “Voting” . They conducted essay and speech competition on the topic of “Importance of Voting”.   I gave my participation in essay competition.   After that they gave social awareness through speech and they played some videos related to voting.   Finally, we finished our program with the oath.

GUEST LECTURE             On 8-03-2019 (Friday) we attended a guest lecture on the topic of “Child Helpline” .   First session starts with Mr. Thangavel sir, he gave basic information that every citizen should know.   He gave explanation about Right to Information Act and he explained some articles like Act 14, Act 15 etc.,             The next session was carried by Mr. Samy, Mr. Rajesh Kumar.   They also insisted about the women helpline number 181.   The child care number is 1098.   They also gave some information about the violence act.                      The afternoon session gave us an idea to handle our hardest situation in smooth way. 

  Today we attended a work shop in Jairams College of Arts and Science.   In first session they explained about the benefits of plants and their natural uses for humans and their benefits.           The second session was handled by Mr. Karthikeyan sir, he gave some basic uses of yoga.   

ESSAY COMPETITION             I given my participation in essay competition on the topic of Rabindranath Tagore’s quote “A mind all logic is like a knife all blade.   It makes the hand bleed that uses it.”   The essay competition was conducted by All India Essay Writing Event 2018.             I received certificate for my participation and also I received certificate of merit.
