WORK SHOP ON PEERAGOGY: SELF ORIENTED PEER LEARNING


We attended an International Seminar in M. Kumarasamy College of Education on (13-12-18).  First they introduced about their college facilities and their principal and correspondence gave a welcome address.  After that the seminar chief guests were introduced.  The first person is from the Ministry of Education MR. CHANDRA KUMAR, he came from malthews and he is working as principal.  The second person is from kerala and he came from the central university of kerala, MR. THIYAGU.
The first session was handled by Mr. Chandra Kumar. He explained about the Cambridge International Education.  And he explained about their curriculum that were followed by them.  There is no droupout in malthews.  If they have below average students they provide some special course for them.  They name it as technical vocational course.
The next half session was handled by Dr. C. Ramasubramanian.  He told about the concept of Internationalism in education.  He explained about the UNESCO a sustainable development goal 4, it based on the life long learning.  We learned about the deep learning skill and core skills.
Afternoon session was handled by Mr. Thiyagu.  He explained the teaching concept with the help of cup of tea.  He related the cup of tea with teaching system.  He quotes to us by saying the cup of tea, the cup of teach and the cup of technology.  He gives the explanation about the easy way of teaching.  He presented a power point presentation and videos.  And we came to end of the session.  We gained many things from this conference.
